Diagram For Potterton Performa 28

French Tour.

Alle 05:30 si poteva chiudere il portellone posteriore della nostra strapiena utilitaria. Il viaggio cominciò in quel momento. Una volta chiuso il cancello di casa, si poteva assaporare il gusto della vacanza, we had loads in all directions. As usual I would like to pack the whole house, and there just to satisfy my desire. Me, I'm one of "you never know!" And, with this justification with me whatever I can serve or not serve. The list is long and detailed (of course) and I do not even try to remove the stones here, now.

The objective of the trip: Normandy.
route includes this path: go back to France from the east, then back toward the center to the point more north of Normandy to go down the village through the west, per poi rientrare in Italia attraverso il Parco Nazionale della Vanoise.
Under the gaze of passers-by occasional surprised us, "fagottari Italians," we could enjoy the ever-present pasta.
Our journey began in Annecy, a beautiful town on the lake in the Alps, it rained day and night. Châteauroux second stage, a night in the rolling lands of the center.
The third stage, the department of Manche Cherbourg-Octeville, waiting for us to several miles away. The long route includes a tap and get out without going into Paris. My self-esteem as an expert sailor, he was not, when, in the long road strings, and gave us the périphérique suddenly we found ourselves in an avenue in the capital Paris. Left speechless, went up disconsolate. Thank you again that friendly guy who brought us back, physically, on the right path.

Cherbourg, a city north of Normandy, was our base. From there, set off all of our excursions.

Le Mont-Saint-Michel, the village that day was crowded, rainy, the visit ended without enthusiasm, but I was glad I was, interesting surroundings.

The next day we went to see the landing beaches, Homaha Beach, Utah Beach. We visited the small town of Sainte-Mere-Eglise and its paratrooper hanging from the church. We moved visiting The American Military Cemetery and The Cambe, some of the cemeteries dedicated to the fallen .

The last day we spent with him in Normandy Etretat, to enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

Now began the return journey, after several km we reached the first stop on the way back: Angoulême . During my research I discovered this strategic place, near the city that wants to visit. Angoulême offered an attractive hostel that I booked immediately. When ever I had this brilliant idea! That "bad place" was a nightmare, dirty, with cockroaches, locked doors, few services and personnel exist. Despite all these hardships we stayed two nights (which daredevils). We visited the towns of Cognac and Saintes. At 05:00 am on the third day, we were already down the street trying to forget the bad experience. After enjoying a hearty breakfast in a beautiful and clean bar-bakery on our way we met the village of La Palice and then we stopped to visit the castle, discovering that the Marquis De La Palice , died in battle at Pavia.

Last stage, Roanne, another hostel, but no surprises, very clean, orderly and peaceful. In the morning we prepared for the last leg that took us back home.

knew it was the 'last day and we took plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular views that gave us the mountains of Savoy. Our vacation lasted 9 days, and this was one of my favorite trips.
