I'm thinking to new journey, and I'm wondering what part of the project I like best.
The part I really enjoy organizing a trip is organize ... the journey!
Yes, I always say that I love about the preparations, I put a lot of research on site.
First I think of the city or area you intend to visit and begin my research on those areas of interesting sites: monuments, churches, palaces, museums, a bit of history and nature.
Then start the party even more interesting: the route on the map. You already know, I love driving, and it is possible that during our vacation we stopped in several towns and stable so you have good trips with the various stages.
plan routes to your destination is a sort of game for me. The route will be more complex, more I enjoy it, has become a challenge to myself.

Sometimes it takes me even months, to prepare the journey as I want. Arriving at the end of the research, and that means when I have all the information I need, useful numbers of cities, routes and fares for public transportation, social maps, lists of various concepts, I start making reservations.
Another interesting part, is the organization of the luggage, it is very accurate, I carry almost half way house in miniature.
After all this time spent on preparation, comes the day of departure and if all goes as I predicted, I am very proud of me. Of course all the "expected" with regard to logistics planning. I find the unexpected, the unexpected during a holiday is not to be expected, otherwise there sarebbero più sorprese no?
